I’m a mortgage industry recruiter and business development leader with over 20 years of experience helping loan officers, branch managers, and regional leaders find the right fit for long-term success. My approach has always been relationship-driven rather than transactional. Throughout my career, I’ve led national sales recruiting and branch expansion efforts at some of the most respected lenders in the industry, including Guild Mortgage, FBC Mortgage/Acrisure Mortgage, Fairway Independent Mortgage, Caliber Home Loans, loanDepot, and Countrywide. From launching new branches to scaling national teams, I’ve partnered with executives and top producers to grow businesses while keeping people at the center of every decision.
